INTRODUCTION

Fresno Chaffee Zoo is proud to be hosting the 46th Elephant Managers Association Conference in 2025. This annual conference brings together elephant care professionals from around the world to promote elephant care through professional exchange and education, as well as providing delegates with research and conservation updates for both Asian and African elephants. Each EMA Confernce attracts approximately 100 delegates for three days of formal presentations and a zoo day. Delegates receive the most up-to-date information focusing on professional elephant management trends and the unique opportunity to see firsthand the methods employed by other established elephant programs. 

In return for your investment, your organization will receive the benefits outlined below.

HOSPITALITY SUITE SPONSORSHIP: $1,000 each (4 available)
Conference guests will have the opportunity to relax and mingle at the hospitality suite each evening after conference events have concluded each day.

MORNING & AFTERNOON BREAK SPONSORSHIP: $1,000 each (3 available)
Conference guests will be provided with coffee breaks throughout the conference to mingle with each other and get a quick energy boost. A break in the afternoon sessions will provide a chance for delegates to grab a snack and recharge for the final talks of the day.

Bus transportation to and from the hotel to Fresno Chaffee Zoo for Zoo Day on Wednesday, October 8 will be provided for conference delegates.

Conference delegates will have the opportunity to enjoy a relaxing lunch break each day between sessions.

Our conference will end on the evening of Wednesday, October 8th at the DoubleTree by Hilton. Enjoy dinner and a final chance to socialize with fellow delegates, and cap it all off with the annual awards presentation.
