Total Zoo Experience - Value Day Tickets include:

• Entry into the zoo
• 1 giraffe feeding per ticket
• 1 entry to Stingray Bay* to touch the stingrays

*Stingray feedings are not included with entry to Stingray Bay. Feedings are a limited experience each day and are sold at Stingray Bay on a first-come, first-serve basis.

• Children must be accompanied by a paying adult while visiting Stingray Bay.
• Strollers are not permitted into Stingray Bay or the giraffe feeding area. Stroller parking is available.

Limited tickets may be available for purchase at the Fresno Chaffee Zoo once online tickets are sold out.

1. Select the number of guests in your group. Fresno County Residents must show proof of Fresno County residency at zoo entrance.

2. Select the date of your visit. Select the date you'd like your tickets to be valid. All tickets are valid for any Value Day Admission date for 1 year from selected visit date for a 1 time entry during general admission hours.

3. Select the time for your visit. The time selected reflects the hours of operations on that date.

Total Zoo Experience - Value Day tickets purchased online expire 1 year from the selected visit date and can only be used on Value Days.

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
