VIP TOURS
African Icons - Tour the elephant and giraffe barns, see an elephant up-close, and feed the giraffes from an exclusive feeding garden that’ll have you in awe of their height! Finish your tour with one surprise experience! Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Tickets are required for all guests ages 2 and older; infants 1 and under are free.
Sloth Bears & Sea Lions - Tour the sloth bear building and feed the sloth bears through a tube to witness their powerful suction, then learn about our pinnipeds’ diets and participate in an interactive training session! Finish your tour with one surprise experience! Guests ages 5-17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Tickets are required for all guests ages 5 and older.
The surprise experience is scheduled prior to your arrival and is selected based on the animals, availability, and season. You are guaranteed one surprise experience.

Tickets are required for all guests ages 2 years and older; infants 1 and under are free. The Sloth Bears & Sea Lions VIP tour has a minimum age of 5 years old. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Reservations must be made at least 1 week in advance. All requests for rescheduling or cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] at least 72 hours in advance. All sales are final, and programs are non-transferable.
