Packages will be available for pickup at Fresno Chaffee Zoo's ticket booth during regular Zoo hours if you do not select the shipping and handling option. Please allow 3-5 business days for your item to be processed and prepared

A representative from the Zoo's Membership Team will contact guests after the purchase is made to confirm your order and information.
Holiday Adopt Packages will be available for purchase until 4:00 p.m. on 12/31/2025, while supplies last.
