Ticket includes entry to the Fresno Chaffee Zoo, 1 entry to Stingray Bay* to touch the stingrays, 1 entry into the Butterfly and Big Bugs Exhibit (opening April 15, 2024), and 1 giraffe feeding per ticket. *Stingray feedings are not included with entry to Stingray Bay. Feedings are a limited experience each day and are sold at Stingray Bay on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Children must be accompanied by a paying adult while visiting Stingray Bay and the Butterfly and Big Bugs Exhibit.
- Strollers are not permitted into Stingray Bay, the Butterfly and Big Bug Exhibit, or the giraffe feeding area. Stroller parking is available.
Limited tickets may be available for purchase at the Fresno Chaffee Zoo once online tickets are sold out.
1. Select the number of guests in your group. Fresno County Residents must show proof of Fresno County residency at zoo entrance.
2. Select the date of your visit. Select the date you'd like your tickets to be valid. All tickets are valid for 1 year from selected visit date for a 1 time entry during general admission hours.

3. Select the time for your visit. The time selected reflects the hours of operations on that date.
The zoo will close early on the following days:
- July 26, 2024: Open 9:00am-3:00pm
- September 27, 2024: Open 9:00am-2:00pm
Admission Premium tickets purchased online expire 1 year from the selected visit date.
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
