Ticket includes entry to the Fresno Chaffee Zoo, 1 entry to Stingray Bay* to touch the stingrays, and 1 giraffe feeding per ticket. *Stingray feedings are not included with entry to Stingray Bay. Feedings are a limited experience each day and are sold at Stingray Bay on a first-come, first-serve basis.

• Children must be accompanied by a paying adult while visiting Stingray Bay and the Butterfly Garden.
• Strollers are not permitted into Stingray Bay, the Butterfly Garden or the giraffe feeding area. Stroller parking is available.

Limited tickets may be available for purchase at the Fresno Chaffee Zoo once online tickets are sold out.

1. Select the number of guests in your group. Fresno County Residents must show proof of Fresno County residency at zoo entrance.

2. Select the date of your visit. Select the date you'd like your tickets to be valid. All tickets are valid for 1 year from selected visit date for a 1 time entry during general admission hours. 

3. Select the time for your visit. The time selected reflects the hours of operations on that date.

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-tranferable.
